Delaware Senator Kyra Hoffner will present information about HB 285 that amends the DE code related to medical marijuana and, among other things, allows individuals aged 65 and older to self-certify their qualification for a registry identification card without a written certification from a health-care provider. She will also speak about the Senate Resolution she sponsored that directs DMMA to provide an assessment of home care in Delaware.
